Collected at source by Alastair Hull, The Ethnic Gallery is filled with unusual, rare, colourful, unique artifacts.

Alastair has been travelling the remote bazaars and villages of the world for over 35 years. He specialises in Central Asia, the warn torn areas of Afghanistan, Iran, North West Frontier of Pakistan, Nepal and South East Asia, the Indonesian archepeligo. He has built up a close friendship with many of the people and a deep understanding of their culture, art and lifestyle.

The Alastair Hull Ethnic Gallery has recently been awarded BAFTSmemebership of the British Association of Fair Trade, a highly prestigious and meaningful award.    To qualify we have had to prove extensive dealings with ethical co-operatives and individuals who work to strict guidelines on child labour, education, recycling and use of renewable materials.  We have been working with many of these co-operatives and families for over 25 years, visiting them regularly and personally buying from them at source in their country, whilst advising them on ethical trading and helping them with the education and financing of their co-operative workers.

The Gallery has also started a programme of using recycled materials for their wrapping and packaging.
